  • 6 dried apricots
  • 6 dried plums
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) raisins
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 2 apples, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Vanilla extract (to taste)
  • 6-inch (15 cm) baking dish

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine oatmeal, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix in the milk.
