- 40 g sugar

- 40 g softened butter
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp liquid vanilla or 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- Chocolate spread (for filling)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)

In a large bowl, mix the warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy. Add the flour, eggs, salt, and vanilla. Mix well. Gradually add the softened butter and knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
