No-Bake Nutella Cheesecake

Directions
1. Prepare the Base
Crush the biscuits well and place them in a large bowl. Add crushed nuts, melted butter, and a pinch of salt. Mix well. Press the mixture evenly into an 18 cm cake tin using a glass or spoon. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
2. Nutella Cream Cheese Layer
In a bowl, combine 200g of cream cheese with 200g of Nutella. Mix until smooth. Pour this mixture over the biscuit base and spread evenly.
3. Cream Cheese Topping
Whip the heavy cream until thick. In another bowl, mix the remaining 200g cream cheese with 50g powdered sugar. Fold in the whipped cream. Spread this on top of the Nutella layer.
4. Garnish and Chill
Top with nuts and chocolate. Refrigerate for at least 4–5 hours or overnight. Serve chilled.
