- 30g cold water
- 5g powdered gelatin
- 60g sweet chocolate
- 40g milk
- 70ml heavy cream (for topping)
- 5g sugar (for topping)
- 1/3 tsp vanilla extract
- Chocolate candies (for garnish, as desired)

Directions
1. Step
In a bowl, combine the crushed cookies and melted chocolate. Mix well and press the mixture firmly into a cake pan to form the base.
