- 2 potatoes (450 grams)
- 1/5 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 grams mozzarella cheese
- 100 grams cornstarch
- 5 grams coriander (fresh or dried)
- 1 tbsp cooking oil

Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks. Boil them in water for about 15 minutes, or until tender.

Mash the boiled potatoes. Add 1/5 tsp of black pepper, 1/2 tsp of salt, 100 grams of mozzarella cheese, 100 grams of cornstarch, and 5 grams of coriander. Drizzle in 1 tbsp of cooking oil and mix everything thoroughly to form a dough.

Place the dough in a plastic bag, then roll it out evenly to a slightly thick layer. Cut off the four sides of the bag and discard the top.

Cut the dough into finger-sized pieces, shaping them into French fry-like shapes.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Once hot, carefully add the shaped fries and deep fry for about 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
