- 400g potatoes (peeled and chopped)
- 500ml water
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 30g tapioca starch
- 30g rice flour
- 30g corn flour
- 70g mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Directions
1. Step
Boil the chopped potatoes in 500ml of water for 15 minutes until tender.
