  • Mozzarella Cheese: 70 grams, grated
  • Green Onion: 20 grams, chopped
  • Carrots: 60 grams, grated
  • Black Pepper: 1/6 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Corn Flour: 80 grams
  • Cooking Oil: 1 tablespoon (for the dough)
  • Additional oil for frying

Directions

  1. Peel and cut 400 grams of potatoes into pieces. Boil the potato pieces for 15 minutes or until tender.

  2. Drain and mash the boiled potatoes. While still warm, mix in 70 grams of grated mozzarella cheese.

  3. Add 20 grams of chopped green onions and 60 grams of grated carrots to the mixture.

  4. Season with 1/6 teaspoon of black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Then, add 80 grams of corn flour and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Mix everything thoroughly to form a smooth dough.

  5. Transfer the dough into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle. Pipe 2 cm-long pieces directly into preheated oil. Fry over medium heat for 8 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
