Peel and cut 450 grams of potatoes into small pieces. Boil them in water for about 15 minutes or until soft.

Drain and mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl until smooth. Add black pepper, chili powder, salt, garlic powder, cooking oil, chopped coriander, shredded mozzarella cheese, and corn starch. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined into a soft dough.
