- 250 grams potatoes, peeled
- 1/6 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 70 grams mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp cooking oil (for dough)
- Additional oil for frying

Cut the peeled potatoes into small pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 5 minutes until soft.

Mash the cooked potatoes, then add black pepper (1/6 tsp) and salt (1/4 tsp). Mix until well combined.

Add sesame seeds (1 tsp), grated mozzarella (70 grams), all-purpose flour (2 tbsp), and cooking oil (1 tbsp) to the potato mixture. Mix well to form a cohesive dough.

In a frying pan, heat enough oil over medium heat for deep frying.

Take small portions of the dough, shape them into small round cakes, and carefully drop them into the hot oil. Fry for about 8–9 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy.
