- 130g durum wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 300ml warm water
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 200ml tomato sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 200g mozzarella, shredded
- 150g tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 small onion, finely chopped

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, durum wheat flour, sugar, salt, and dry yeast. Mix well. Add the warm water and olive oil, then mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for a few minutes, then place it in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for at least 1 hour.

After the dough has rested, knead it briefly, then transfer it to a floured surface. Divide it into 9 equal pieces (about 50g each) and roll them into small balls. Cover with a cloth and let them rest for 15 minutes.
