- 1 egg
- 3.5 ounces (100 grams) mascarpone or cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup (50 grams) sugar-free chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
