In a bowl, mix 400 grams of condensed milk and the juice of 4 lemons using a hand mixer. Cut the finger cookies in half.

In another bowl, mix the milk with the finger cookies. Arrange the cookies on the bottom of a 20 cm (8-inch) pan to form a base.

In a separate bowl, dissolve 7 grams of gelatin in 100 ml of milk. Add this mixture to the lemon-condensed milk mixture. Stir well until the mixture thickens to a butter-like consistency. Pour the mixture gradually over the cookie base in the pan.
