- 300–320 grams flour
- 150 grams kefir (or yogurt)
- 150 grams butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 130 grams flour
- 80 grams butter
- 120 grams sugar
- 1 pinch vanilla salt (or vanilla extract + pinch of salt)

In a bowl, combine 300–320 grams of flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Add 150 grams of butter to the mixture and blend with your hands until crumbly. Incorporate 150 grams of kefir (or yogurt) into the mixture and knead to form a soft dough.
Place the dough in a polythene bag and let it rest for 30 minutes. -
In another bowl, mix 130 grams of flour with 80 grams of butter, pressing and blending with your hands until evenly combined. Add 120 grams of sugar and a pinch of vanilla salt (or vanilla extract + a pinch of salt). Mix well.

Divide the rested dough into 5 equal parts. Roll out each portion of dough individually. On the first layer, spread 1–5 spoonfuls of the filling mixture. Repeat this process for layers 2 through 5. After layering, cut the stacked dough into small pieces.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Place the pieces on a baking tray and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden.
