Directions
1. Step
Chop the onion, zucchini, green onion, shiitake mushrooms, and tomato. Heat a pot over medium heat and add 1 tbsp of perilla oil. Add the pork and sauté until the exterior turns white.

Add the chili powder, gochujang, and soybean paste. Stir-fry until the seasonings coat the pork and become fragrant.

Once the mixture starts sizzling, pour in 700ml of water. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. Then, add the tomato, shiitake mushrooms, and onion. Continue simmering for another 10 minutes.

Add the green onion and zucchini. Stir well and simmer uncovered for 5 more minutes. Finally, mix in the minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Turn off the heat and finish with a drizzle of sesame oil.
