- Thinly sliced pork belly
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 Tbsp soup soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp anchovy sauce
- 250 ml water
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp perilla seed powder

In a pan, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chopped green onion, spicy green chili, and thinly sliced pork belly. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes, then add 1 Tbsp of chili powder. Mix everything together, ensuring the pork is well-coated with the spices.

Add 1/2 Tbsp of soup soy sauce and gently add the soft tofu, breaking it into round pieces and adding them to the pan. Pour in 250 ml of water and 1/2 Tbsp of anchovy sauce. Stir everything together, cover, and let it simmer for a few minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle 1 Tbsp of perilla seed powder over the dish for added flavor and texture. Season with salt to taste if necessary.
