Directions
1. Make the Dough
In a large bowl, mix warm water, warm milk, oil, egg, sugar, salt, and yeast. Gradually add flour and knead until you get a soft and smooth dough. Divide the dough into two parts, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
2. Shape the Bread
Roll each part of the dough. Spread 450g of suluguni cheese evenly inside each rolled dough and fold the sides inward to make a boat shape.
3. Brush and Top
Mix the egg yolk and 1 teaspoon milk in a bowl and brush it over the dough. Sprinkle a bit more cheese on top.
4. Bake and Serve
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Once baked, remove and serve hot.
