  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 pinches of curry powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ sachet (5 g) baking powder
  • 100 g roasted almonds
  • 70 g cornstarch
  • 300 g flour
  • 200 g kadaif (kadaf) paste
  • 300 g honey
  • 250 g chocolate
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp praline or crushed roasted almonds/hazelnuts

Directions

1. Step

In a bowl, mix together the butter, curry powder, honey, egg, and baking powder until well combined. Add the roasted almonds, cornstarch, flour, sugar, vanilla, and oil. Knead until a smooth dough forms.
