  • 50g caster sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 100g rice flour
  • 20g almonds (finely ground)
  • Jam of your choice

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, caster sugar, egg white, rice flour, ground almonds, and a pinch of salt. Mix until the ingredients form a smooth, uniform dough.
