  • 125 ml oil
  • 80 g sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • About 250 g flour
  • 12 g yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine: 1 egg, A pinch of salt, 80 g sugarm , Vanillin. Mix well, then add: 125 ml oil, 125 ml milk, About 250 g flour, 12 g yeast. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined into a smooth batter.

  2. Peel the apple and cut it into small pieces. Toss the apple pieces with 1 tablespoon of sugar.

  3. Pour the prepared batter evenly into a 24 cm mold and arrange the apple slices on top.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes. Once baked, spread peach jam over the top and sprinkle with caster sugar for a finishing touch.
