Directions

1. Step

Place the fried beans in a bowl. Flatten them lightly by pressing, allowing them to separate easily. Cut each bean in half, then slice them into small pieces.

2. Step

In a separate bowl, combine 40 ml of water, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 2/3 tablespoon of soy sauce. Mix well. Add the flattened and chopped beans to the bowl, coating them evenly with the sauce using a brush. Roll the beans one by one and pour the remaining sauce over them.

3. Step

Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and whisk well. Heat a pan with a little oil and lightly fry the eggs until fully cooked. Remove and cut into small pieces. In the same pan, fry the marinated bean curd pieces until golden. Separately, slice the pickled radish and burdock into thin strips.

4. Step

In a bowl, mix 1.5 servings of rice with a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Stir until evenly coated.

5. Step

To assemble, place the fried bean curd on a clean surface, then top with a layer of seasoned rice. Add four pieces of chopped eggs, one piece of pickled radish, and a small amount of wasabi (or kimchi as an alternative). Roll each portion tightly.

6. Step

Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve. Enjoy!
