- 300 grams bread flour or wheat flour

- 20 grams unsalted butter
- Mint chocolate chip ice cream
- Strawberry ice cream

In a bowl, mix together the egg, sugar, milk, and yeast. Gradually add the flour and salt, stirring until a dough forms. Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
