Directions
1. Step
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add 50g of walnuts and boil for 3 minutes to enhance their flavor and texture. Drain the walnuts, pat them dry with a paper towel, and bake them at 160°C for 10 minutes. Once baked, let them cool slightly, then cut each walnut in half. Similarly, slice the 40g of pecans in half.
2. Step
In a large bowl, combine,230g crispy oatmeal,50g chopped walnuts 40g chopped pecans,40g pumpkin seeds,50g chopped almonds,Mix well to ensure even distribution of ingredients.
3. Step
In a separate bowl, whisk together ,3 tbsp (65g) maple syrup,2 tbsp (20g) grape seed oil,1 tsp muscovado sugar (if using) Pour the syrup mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly, ensuring even coating. Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet and bake at 160°C for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, stir well, and bake for another 10 minutes. Stir again, then add 20g of coconut flakes, mixing well. Sprinkle 30g of cranberries on top and bake for an additional 2 minutes. Once baked, mix everything again and allow it to cool completely.

This granola is perfect as a snack or meal. Enjoy it on its own, with yogurt, or paired with fresh fruit for a nutritious breakfast or light meal.
