  • 80 g melted butter
  • 400 g Philadelphia-style cream cheese
  • 80 g icing sugar

  • 2 lemons (zested)
  • 1 sheet gelatin (3 g, 150 blooms)
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 ml lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 15 g cornstarch

Directions
