Directions

  1. Crush the hazelnut chocolate wafers in a bowl or pan. Add 2–3 tablespoons of the spread and mix well until the texture becomes moldable.

  2. Take small portions of the mixture, and form them into balls using your hands. Place one hazelnut in the center of each ball, and shape it around the hazelnut. Arrange the balls on a tray or pan.

  3. Melt the milk chocolate in a bowl (using a microwave or double boiler). Stir in 2 tablespoons of neutral oil until smooth.

  4. Mix in the crushed roasted hazelnuts or almonds with the melted chocolate. Dip each ball into the chocolate mixture, ensuring they are fully coated. Place the coated balls on a tray lined with parchment paper and allow them to set.

  5. Once the chocolate has hardened, serve and enjoy!
