- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 sachet dry brewer's yeast (7g)
- 60g sugar
- 125g plain yogurt (at room temperature)
- 1 egg
- 400ml slightly warm water
- 60g sunflower seed oil
- Grated zest of one lemon and one orange
- Seed oil for frying
- Granulated sugar for coating

In a large mixing bowl, combine: 400ml slightly warm water, 7g dry yeast, 60g sugar Mix well, then add: 125g yogurt, 60g sunflower seed oil, 1 egg. Grated zest of one lemon and one orange. Gradually incorporate: 800g flour, A pinch of salt, 2 tbsp butter. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until a smooth, elastic dough forms.

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and a cloth. Let it rest in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size. Once risen, roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1.5 cm thickness. Use a round cutter to cut out circles, then make a hole in the center of each to create the doughnut shape.
