Directions

In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, butter, vanilla sugar, salt, flour (start with 160 grams and add more if needed), and baking powder. Mix until a smooth dough forms. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
