Directions
1. Step
Place 200 grams of almonds in a blender and grind them into a fine powder. Once ground, transfer the almond powder to a bowl or pan and set aside.
2. Step
In a pan, combine 140 grams of sugar, 25 grams of honey, and 50 ml of water. Mix well. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring occasionally. After 3 minutes of cooking, add 300 grams of condensed milk to the pan. Stir well to combine. Continue to cook the mixture for 7–9 minutes until it thickens. Remove the pan from heat and add 40 grams of butter. Mix until the butter is fully incorporated.
3. Step
In a large bowl, combine the almond powder with the prepared mixture. Knead the mixture with your hands until well combined. Divide the mixture into two parts, then roll each part into a log shape. Cut the logs into small, bite-sized pieces. Arrange the pieces on a baking dish or tray.
4. Step
Let the pieces sit at room temperature for 2–5 hours to set. Once set, your almond treats are ready to enjoy!
