  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk (any type)
  • 8 large dates
  • 1/2 cup (70 g) raisins
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 apple
  • 3 eggs
  • Vanilla extract (to taste)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Springform baking dish

Directions
