- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- A dash of vanilla extract
- 1 cup (240 ml) milk of your choice
- 6 dried apricots
- 6 large dates
- 1/3 cup (50 g) dried cranberries
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 apple, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup (50 g) walnuts, chopped
- 7-inch (18 cm) baking dish

In a large mixing bowl, combine oatmeal, baking powder, salt, and vanilla.

Pour the milk into the dry mixture and stir until evenly combined.

Soak the dried apricots and dates together in one bowl. In a separate bowl, soak the dried cranberries. Allow them to sit for a few minutes, then drain.
