Directions
1. Soak and Blend the Lentils
Soak the green lentils in cold water for 8 hours. Then drain and blend them into a smooth paste.
2. Mix Ingredients
In the blender, add cornmeal, baking soda, apple cider vinegar, walnuts, and water. Blend well.
3. Add Psyllium Husk
Add psyllium husk to the mixture and blend again. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes so the mixture thickens.
4. Spread and Top with Pumpkin Seeds
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top for decoration.
5. Bake
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Bake the tray for 60 minutes.
