- 60g sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp biscotti spread or peanut butter
- 350g flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 6g baking powder
- 150g chopped hazelnuts
- Egg whites (for coating)
- Hazelnut cream (for filling)

In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and biscotti spread (or peanut butter) until smooth. Add the egg, oil, cocoa powder, flour, and baking powder. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
