Directions

1. Step

Slice the green and red bell peppers, shiitake mushrooms, onion, fish cake, green onion, and carrot. Set aside.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add the seasoned beef ribs. Pour a small amount of sauce over the ribs and cook until they are caramelized and evenly browned. Cut the ribs into bite-sized pieces for easier eating.
