  • 300 grams all-purpose flour or wheat flour
  • 480 ml water
  • 30 grams cooking oil
  • 5 grams salt
  • Finely chopped green onions

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine 480 ml water, 5 grams of salt, 30 grams of cooking oil, and finely chopped green onions. Gradually add 300 grams of all-purpose or wheat flour while whisking continuously to form a smooth batter.

  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a small amount of the batter into the pan and spread it thinly, like a crepe. Cook until the surface sets and the edges start to lift. Flip and cook the other side briefly. Remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter to make multiple rotis.
