- 125g curd (yogurt)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 60g melted butter
- 200ml lukewarm water
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp dry yeast
- 1 packet (8g) vanilla sugar
- Granulated sugar (for sprinkling)
- Oil (for frying)
