- 3 potatoes (400 g)
- 1/2 tsp salt (plus extra for seasoning)
- 1 tsp flour
- 4-5 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- Olive oil (as needed)
- 8 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- Pepperoncini (chopped, to taste)
- 3 tbsp perilla oil

Chop the potatoes into small pieces and place them in a bowl with water and 1/2 tsp salt. Microwave for 10 minutes.

While the potatoes cook, finely chop the garlic and pepperoncini.

After microwaving, drain the water from the potatoes and mash them thoroughly. Mix in 1 tsp salt, 4 tbsp parsley, and a drizzle of olive oil. If the mixture is well-combined, add 2 more tbsp parsley and mix again.

Shape the mashed potato mixture into small balls using your hands. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the potato balls evenly on all sides until golden brown. Set aside.

In the same pan, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped garlic until golden brown. Add the pepperoncini and stir briefly. Return the cooked potato balls to the pan and toss quickly to coat. Turn off the heat and generously drizzle with perilla oil before serving.
