Ingredients

  • 400 grams potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cob of corn
  • 20 grams green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 80 grams corn starch
  • Cooking oil (for deep frying)

Directions
