Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 300 grams of wheat flour, 3 grams of salt, and 180 grams of water. Mix thoroughly until a dough forms. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions, shape them into round balls, and lightly coat them with cooking oil. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes.

  2. Melt the salted butter in a bowl. For added flavor, you can infuse the butter with finely minced garlic. Heat the butter in a microwave for 1 minute or until fully melted.

  3. Roll out each dough ball into a flatbread using a rolling pin. Spread the melted garlic butter generously over the surface. Fry the bread in a skillet or pan until golden brown. Once fried, cover the bread with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.

  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly oil it. Place the prepared dough on the pan, cook until it turns golden and crispy, then remove it from the pan. Repeat for the remaining dough.
