- Egg: 1
- Sugar: 100 g
- Butter: 100 g
- Kefir (or yogurt): 180 g
- Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
- Vanilla: to taste
- Salt: a pinch
- Raisins: 100 g
- Apple: 1 (chopped)
- Walnuts: 30 g (finely chopped)
- Milk: as needed
- Powdered sugar: for sprinkling

In a bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until well combined. Add melted butter and mix thoroughly. Stir in kefir or yogurt and mix again until smooth.

Add baking powder and gradually mix in 440–460 g of flour until a soft dough forms.

Finely chop the walnuts and apple, then add them to the dough along with the raisins. Mix everything well. If the dough feels sticky, add a little more flour and knead gently by hand. Cover the dough and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.

Remove the dough from the fridge and divide it into two equal parts. Roll out one part and divide it into 8 pieces. Place the pieces on a baking sheet and brush the tops lightly with milk.
