Directions

  1. Slice the unpeeled banana into 5-6 pieces and arrange them in a 15×18 cm dish. Peel the kiwis, cut each into 4 pieces, and arrange them alongside the banana slices. Peel the orange, slice it, and add the slices around the banana and kiwi in the dish.

  2. In a saucepan, mix together 50 grams of sugar, a pinch of vanillin, and 750 ml of milk. Add 9 grams of agar agar and heat the mixture until it’s hot but not boiling. Pour half of this milk mixture over the fruit in the dish, filling it to about halfway. Place the dish in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes or until the mixture is set.

  3. Mix 30 grams of cocoa powder with the remaining half of the milk mixture in the saucepan, and heat it until it just begins to boil. Take the dish out of the refrigerator, then pour the cocoa mixture over the set layer in the dish. Return the dish to the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour, or until the dessert is completely firm.
