- 1/2 cup (55g) cornstarch

In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with 4 tablespoons of sweetener, a pinch of salt, and vanilla extract until smooth. In a blender, grind oatmeal until fine, then mix it with baking powder. Add the oatmeal mixture and melted butter to the egg yolk mixture. Stir until well combined.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with 2 tablespoons of sweetener, salt, and vanilla extract until frothy. Add Greek yogurt and gently mix with a spoon. Stir in cornstarch and mix until smooth.
