- 75 g sugar
- 60 ml sunflower seed oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 70 g yogurt
- About 400 g flour
- 6 g baking powder
- 250 g fig jam
- About 40 g almond flour

In a bowl, mix together 2 eggs, 75 g sugar, 70 g yogurt, a pinch of salt, and 60 ml sunflower oil. Once well combined, add 400 g flour and 6 g baking powder. Mix thoroughly until the dough forms.

Shape the dough into a round ball and divide it into four parts. In a separate bowl, mix together 250 g fig jam and 40 g almond flour. Spread the jam and almond mixture on top of each dough section.
