  • 2 medium eggs
  • 75 g sugar
  • 60 ml sunflower seed oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 70 g yogurt
  • About 400 g flour
  • 6 g baking powder
  • 250 g fig jam
  • About 40 g almond flour

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together 2 eggs, 75 g sugar, 70 g yogurt, a pinch of salt, and 60 ml sunflower oil. Once well combined, add 400 g flour and 6 g baking powder. Mix thoroughly until the dough forms.
  2. Shape the dough into a round ball and divide it into four parts. In a separate bowl, mix together 250 g fig jam and 40 g almond flour. Spread the jam and almond mixture on top of each dough section.
  3. Roll the dough sections into logs and cut them into strips. Place them on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
  4. Once baked, remove from the oven and sprinkle icing sugar on top before serving.
