Directions
1. Prepare oats and chia
Blend the oatmeal (100 g) into powder. Pour it into a bowl and mix with 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. Stir well and cover for a few minutes until it thickens.
2. Make smoothie blend
In a blender, combine banana, peanut butter, and espresso. Blend well, then add 80 ml of coconut milk and blend again.
3. Assemble and serve
Pour the blended mixture into a serving jar. Layer the oats-chia mixture from step 1 on top. Optionally, sprinkle with ground coffee or oatmeal before serving.
