Directions
1. Prepare the eggs
Crack 5 eggs into a bowl. Add salt, sugar, cooking wine, and milk. Mix well and strain to remove foam or clumps.
2. Make the egg roll
Heat a pan with oil. Pour the egg mixture in batches over low heat and roll it gradually while cooking. Press gently to keep it tight.
3. Coat and fry the roll
Once the egg roll cools, coat it with flour, dip into beaten egg, roll in breadcrumbs, and deep fry until golden brown.
4. Prepare the sandwich
Trim the edges of the sandwich bread. Thinly slice the cucumber and cut to size. Mix honey and mayo to make a sweet sauce. Spread on the bread.
5. Assemble the sandwich
Add cucumber and ham to one slice, top with another slice, and cut in half. Place the egg cutlet in the middle and hold with a skewer.
6. Decoration
Use black sesame seeds as eyes and draw a mouth with ketchup.
