- 2 potatoes (420 g), peeled and sliced
- 1/6 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/5 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 90 g cornstarch (Sumago brand if preferred)
- Butter, for brushing

Directions
Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes until soft, then drain and set aside.
Mash the potatoes, then add black pepper, salt, chili powder, cooking oil, and cornstarch. Mix well to form a smooth dough.
