- 600g frozen tofu
- 30g (3 tbsp) cornstarch
- 30g (3 tbsp) olive oil (or any cooking oil)
- 6g (1 tbsp) chili powder
- 20g (2 tbsp) sugar
- 45g (3 tbsp) corn syrup
- 12g (1.5 tbsp) dark soy sauce
- 5g (0.5 tbsp) oyster sauce
- 15g (0.5 tbsp) ketchup
- 16g (2 tbsp) chili oil
- 2g (1 tsp) garlic powder (or minced garlic)
- 10g (0.5 tbsp) sugar-free peanut jam (optional)
- Chopped peanuts (for garnish)
- 1 green chili, sliced

Directions
1. Step
Thaw the frozen tofu, drain the excess water, and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Place the tofu in a plastic bag, add cornstarch, and shake to coat evenly. Add olive oil, shake again, and spread the coated tofu on a baking pan. Bake at 220°C (428°F) for 15 minutes until crispy.

In a bowl, combine chili powder, sugar, garlic powder, ketchup, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, peanut jam (if using), corn syrup, and chili oil. Mix well until smooth.
