  • 40ml milk
  • 30g frying mix powder (or cornstarch)
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 0.3 tsp black pepper
  • Cereals (brown rice and corn), crushed
  • Chopped peanuts (optional, for garnish)
  • 110g (9 tbsp) starch syrup (or honey)
  • 20g (1 tbsp) red chili paste
  • 36g (3 tbsp) ketchup
  • 12g (1.5 tbsp) soy sauce
  • 15g (1.5 tbsp) sugar
  • 2g (1 tsp) garlic powder (or 1 tsp minced garlic)
  • 6g (1 tbsp) fine chili powder (or paprika)

Directions

1. Step
