Ingredients

  • Potatoes: 440 g
  • Fresh coriander: 10 g, chopped
  • Onion: 15 g, finely chopped
  • Black pepper: 1/6 tsp
  • Chili powder: 1/4 tsp
  • Salt: 1/3 tsp
  • Cooking oil: 1 tbsp
  • Corn starch: 90 g

Directions

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces. Boil them for 15 minutes until soft.

  2. Mash the boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add the chopped coriander (10 g) and finely chopped onion (15 g).

  3. In the same bowl, add black pepper (1/6 tsp), chili powder (1/4 tsp), salt (1/3 tsp), cooking oil (1 tbsp), and corn starch (90 g). Mix thoroughly until a smooth dough forms.

  4. Place the dough in a plastic bag or on parchment paper. Flatten it into a thin sheet. Cut the sheet into small triangular pieces.

  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the triangular pieces for 8 minutes or until golden and crispy.
