  • 500 grams potatoes
  • 12 grams Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, grated
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • A little oil, for cooking
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Soak the pieces in a bowl of water for 5 minutes, then drain. Sprinkle a little salt over the potatoes, let them sit for 10 minutes, and drain the water again.
