  • 2 medium potatoes (400 grams), peeled
  • 1/6 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 90 grams corn starch

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and boil them in water for about 15 minutes, or until soft.

  2. Grate or mash the boiled potatoes until smooth. Add black pepper, salt, cooking oil, and corn starch. Mix thoroughly to form a smooth dough.

  3. Place the dough in a piping bag. Pipe it out as thin sheets, then cut them lengthwise. Slice each strip in the middle to form triangles. Roll each triangle into a spiral shape.

  4. Heat oil over medium heat. Fry the rolls for 9 minutes or until golden and crispy.
