- 2 medium potatoes (300g)
- 2 tablespoons glutinous rice flour
- 1/2 teaspoon potato starch
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- A pinch of pepper
- Light chili powder (optional)
- Cooking oil (for frying)

Peel and finely chop the potatoes into small pieces. Place them in a bowl, add a little water, and microwave for 6 minutes. Once done, mash the potatoes thoroughly with a spoon until smooth.

To the mashed potatoes, add glutinous rice flour, potato starch, salt, and a pinch of chili powder (if using). Mix well with a spoon, then knead the mixture with your hands until fully combined.

Shape the mixture into small balls and gently press them into a chicken-leg shape or any desired form. Arrange them in a bowl.

Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-low heat until bubbling. Carefully add the shaped potato bites and fry for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Flip and fry for another 5 minutes until evenly crisp and golden.
